Refund policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final on personalized items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at creationsbychaosco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will do everything we can to make it right — whether that is a replacement or a refund.

Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
