How long does it take to receive my order? All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you accept custom orders? Absolutely! We love custom orders. Send us a message through our Contact page with your idea and we'll make it happen. 🖤

What is a DTF transfer and how do I use it? DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are full color prints on film that are applied to fabric using a heat press. Simply press at 305°F for 10–15 seconds, peel and do another 10 second press-then you are done! 

What is a UVDTF decal and how do I apply it? UVDTF decals are peel and stick — no heat press needed! Simply clean your cup, peel the decal, stick it on, and smooth out any bubbles. It's that easy!

What is your return/exchange policy? Due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will make it right!

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? Yes! We love working with small businesses and bulk orders. Send us a message through our Contact page for pricing details.

How do I care for my custom shirt or cup? For shirts: wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. For cups: hand wash ONLY to preserve the wrap design.

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.
